Our 2014 conference will include three focus groups that each will capture insights from a distinct age group: Millennials, Gen X and Baby Boomers. By attending all three sessions, you’ll gain an in-depth perspective to compare and contrast the current and future banking habits among these different groups. We can’t say for sure, but we expect to hear very different practices and preferences from each group.
In these sessions, we will hear firsthand how these groups currently conduct their financial lives and where they are headed. We also will explore the role of the branch and physical channels relative to digital channels.
As we prepare for these sessions, we’d love to hear from you. What are some of the questions you’d like to ask about why people do what they do? What is the top insight you’d like to gain from each demographic? Your questions will be instrumental as we shape the content and recruit consumers to join each focus group.
