What are the Conference registration fees and discounts?

Conference pre-registration discounts cannot be combined or used toward standard team registration.

Where can I make hotel reservations?

The negotiated discount rate at the JW Marriott Austin is $249 per night (single and double occupancy), plus tax.

You can make your hotel reservation while registering for the conference, or by contacting the JW Marriott Austin at 888-236-2427. If you choose to contact the hotel directly, we recommend that you call before August 28, 2015 and mention Digital Insight to get the special conference rate of $249, plus tax. After August 28, the rate may increase.

You will receive your confirmation number directly from the hotel. If you need to change or cancel your reservation after you receive your confirmation number, please contact the hotel at 888-236-2427.

What is the Travel Incentive?
All conference attendees who register before Friday, July 31, 2015, will receive one free room night (excluding taxes), valued at $249 at the JW Marriott Austin

When will I see my Travel Incentive?
Your $249 hotel discount will be taken off your final hotel bill upon checkout.

What is the One Day Pass?

A One Day Pass allows you access to conference sessions and activities on a specific day. Choices are as follows:

What is the cancellation policy?

Conference registration fees are refundable less a $300.00 service charge until September 21, 2015. After September 21, 2015, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or any other registration fees received.

Please note: In all cases, substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations.

What photo/video terms are included in my conference registration?

Photo and Video Policy: Your registration constitutes permission to utilize photos and video taken of you at the conference for news, promotion, marketing and similar purposes.

Innovation Conference Pre-Registration FAQs

What is conference pre-registration?
Conference pre-registration allows you to pay for Innovation Conference registrations up to one year in advance as a reoccurring billable item. Pre-registration offers a significant discount off the standard individual registration price. See conference fees and discounts for details.

How much is the discounted pre-registration price?
The discounted price is $725 per registrant, which is 34 percent ($375) off the standard registration price of $1,100. If you wish to register three or more individuals, the pre-registration fee for the third and subsequent registrations is $500 each, which is 55 percent off the standard individual registration fee.

Is there a discount for registering multiple individuals from the same financial institution?
Yes. Team pre-registration prices are as follows: $725 for first two registrants; $500 for third and all subsequent registrants.

Will Digital Insight, an NCR company, ever offer a conference promotion during standard registration that is lower than what is offered as a pre-registrant?
No. Pre-registration pricing is an incentive to encourage you to plan on attending the conference every year!

How does the annual billing work?
During the renewal process, you can elect to add conference pre-registrations to your contract. You then will be billed annually for your conference registration.

If you wish to add conference registrations at a time other than your standard renewal period, you can amend your contract to add conference pre-registrations by contacting your relationship manager.

Can you change your pre-registration quantities after you’ve signed up for the program?
Yes. All you would need to do is amend your current pre-registration contract to reduce or increase your number of pre-registration units.

What if you pre-register but cannot attend?

Digital Insight will provide a full refund to you for any prepaid fees, provided that you request to cancel the conference registration in writing no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the start date of the next scheduled conference.

No refund, prorated or otherwise, will be made to you if cancellation occurs later than the 45-day period. Failure to attend the conference does not result in a cancellation of the registration. However, if you must cancel within 45 days of the conference, your registration can be transferred to someone else within your organization.

When is the deadline to add pre-registrations to my contract for the 2015 Innovation Conference?
Amendments must be completed by August 31, 2015, to count towards the 2015 Innovation Conference. Contract amendments completed on or after September 1, 2015, will count toward our 2016 conference.
